 Education is certainly very influential on the future of young learners. for that, it is our duty as teachers to improve quality and find the best way to apply it to students to create a classroom atmosphere that can make students understand what is being taught and make them enthusiastic to continue learning. Many ways have been done to develop an effective and efficient learning system for young learners and various ways have been attempted to make it a system that can run well and accepted by students. In its development, English has certainly become one of the main supporters that greatly influences learning in schools for the present and the future. Therefore, I will try to share my experience on the application of English for young learners and how to develop it so that it becomes interesting learning.

We must have the awareness to understand the situation and condition of our students, there may be obstacles in social, economic, and so on. For this reason, before starting learning, it must be ensured that all students must be prepared mentally and knowledgeable in order to be able to follow the lesson well and be able to listen to all the material given by the teacher. the second is instruction, being a teacher or educator must be a good and exemplary role model, for that it must show a mature and wise attitude to students as a good example for and be a guide for them to continue to behave friendly and polite to everyone

In our introduction to multilingual languages, we must know that it is important to have multiple languages for various purposes because language itself is created as a unity and characteristic of each country. Our understanding of this diverse language should be started by those who do not know the importance of applying language. When we master multilingual languages, we are ready for all matters that are directly related to other people, for example, when we have a meeting with superiors or colleagues from other countries, of course, we do not use our native language, but use the language we use. has been used by all over the world and is commonly used for various purposes, namely English.

My Experience of Teaching Young Language Learners.

 Teaching is one of my favorite activities, by teaching we can share knowledge with anyone and can be useful for them. because my passion is in learning English, I have studied English since childhood and like to practice speaking English with my parents and friends. When I studied English, I felt that this knowledge was very useful in the future, and my mother said that if I could be successful in it, she would be very proud of what I did and got with the effort I put in. it makes me happy and does not hesitate to deepen and learn everything related to English such as how to pronounce words in English, write words, and speak to other people using English. At this time, my desire to continue to develop my knowledge is getting bigger and I am determined to be able to teach in schools one day. for that, I am very excited and continue to learn to achieve my goal to become a teacher. I hope that my intention to become a teacher can be useful for education in Indonesia and educate this country with useful knowledge. and at this time, I will share a little of my experience about teaching young language learners and the advantages, difficulties, and how to solve the problem. 

This is where the story begins, when I was in semester 1, we got a final assignment from our lecturer, her name was ma'am Erni Murniarti, she gave us the task to make a video teaching elementary school students explaining about learning English for elementary school level. the first thing that came to my mind was, "How can I do it?" why am I surprised? because I have never personally taught before, going to school to teach like a teacher and teaching elementary school students. Some of my friends also feel the same way. but for me, that is the challenge where we have to prepare mentally and the lessons to be taught. long story short, eight of my friends and I were placed in an elementary school, namely SDN Cawang 12. we were assigned to groups and taught in different classes and each of us had a different teaching experience, some were annoyed because of the noisy class conditions, and who are happy with the quiet classroom conditions.

Talking about the values ​​and advantages of teaching young language learners, there were many positive things that I got while teaching at SDN Cawang 12 at that time, even though it was only for my final project and taking grades, I consider it as my first step to continue learning and honing My teaching skills are better than before. as long as I teach, many things that I can learn are to remain patient in dealing with students who have childish nature, the teacher tends to get angry and yell at students, but that is not the right way, what should be done is to respond to them in a gentle way and words and friendly so that they do not hesitate to us. Another advantage is that I am reminded to continue to learn and understand how to deliver teaching to students so that they understand and don't get bored with what I teach, maybe with a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor, they will join the enthusiasm to join the class and listen to my explanation with high enthusiasm. that's all I can share.
